Our approach to diversity, equity and inclusion
Our diversity strategy calls on us to encourage, value and leverage differences to build an inclusive and engaging work environment, and we continue to integrate this strategy across our efforts to attract, develop and retain a diverse workforce.
Advocating for DE&I, initiating a series of dialogue sessions called “Days of Understanding” with our leaders and encouraging employees to participate in unconscious bias training are just a few ways we are making progress.

Employee resource groups
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups that serve as a resource for members and organizations by fostering a diverse, inclusive workplace aligned with organizational mission, values, goals, business practices, and objectives.
