Position Summary :

The Vice President of GQO EDT Business Partnership is a IT executive responsible for leading technology strategy, and business partnership across global GQO. This role ensures the delivery of innovative, high-impact technology solutions and services that enhance operational performance, workplace experience, and enterprise-wide success.  This leader aligns technology and business priorities, informs investment decisions, and advances high-impact initiatives through strong partnerships with functional leaders. The role also defines a multi-year technology transformation roadmap that strengthens operating models, accelerates execution, and enables customer-centric, scalable digital capabilities across the enterprise.

Essential Duties

  • Lead the GQO business partnership function and serve as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology leaders.

  • Define the multi-year technology roadmap, shape capabilities, and align services with business outcomes.

  • Lead enterprise transformation across GQO by translating priorities into an integrated portfolio that improves effectiveness, scalability, standardization, and performance.

  • Represent GQO in EDT governance forums and drive cross-functional decisions across key technology domains.

  • Lead a team of business partners and direct execution, stakeholder engagement, and change management.

  • Ensure GQO-supporting EDT services meet performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction expectations.

  • Partner across project management, architecture, applications, and infrastructure to turn business needs into scalable solutions and executable plans.

  • Communicate portfolio health, program status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to executive stakeholders.

  • Drive continuous improvement and capability maturity across GQO-supported EDT services.

  • Partner with executive leaders across supply chain, manufacturing, and corporate functions to co-create technology solutions and drive accountability for innovation and service delivery

  • Provide portfolio insights, strategic recommendations, and risk visibility to support informed decision-making and shared accountability.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field required. Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. A master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 15+ years of leadership experience in business engagement, strategy, transformation, or EDT management in a large global organization.

  • Strong business partnership skills with a demonstrated ability to build trust, influence senior leaders, and translate business priorities into technology strategy and portfolios.

  • Deep understanding of enterprise technology strategy, governance, portfolio management, and operating models.

  • Experience leading organizational transformation and operating in a service-based delivery model that includes business analysis, architecture, engineering, project delivery, testing, and vendor management.

  • Knowledge of regulated environments, enterprise applications, data and analytics capabilities, and current technology platforms relevant to GQO support.

  • Proven ability to lead large teams, manage budgets, and deliver results through complex global matrix organizations.

  • Executive presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.

Physical and Mental Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in enterprise shared services or EDT organizations is required.

  • Ability to understand complex systems, interdependencies, and opportunities for process and technology improvement.

  • Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, analytical, change management, and communication skills.

  • Ability to inspire and lead large teams through transformation and sustained operational excellence.

  • Ability to work effectively across functions in a global matrix environment and build strong relationships with executive leaders and business partners.

  • USN: $192,000 - $398,000 USD Annual
