Submitting an application
Whether you’re applying with a referral link, or directly through our career site, you will need to click on the “Apply Now” button.
Phone interview
If a Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) determines you are a fit for the role based on your resume, they will contact you via email to set up a time for a phone interview. This is a chance for the TABP to hear about you and your skills and for you to learn more about the role.
Hiring manager phone interview
If the TABP believes the role is a fit based on your background and experience, they will share your information to the hiring manager for review. If the hiring manager is interested in moving forward, an interview will be scheduled. It’s a great opportunity for you to get to know your potential manager and ask questions about them, their team and the opportunity.
The Gallup interview
Your next step will be a professional that focuses on understanding your unique talents and strengths. The interview is conducted over the phone/web-based platform with a trained analyst who will ask strengths-themed questions.

Final stage interviews
After the assessment, your TABP and the hiring manager will decide on the next steps. If both sides are aligned on moving forward the next steps would be, your TABP will schedule a series of interviews with team members.
Offer
Once the decision is final, you will receive a verbal offer. Once accepted, a formal offer letter will follow and finally an email with details on any local preboarding requirements such as background checks.
Onboarding
Congratulations! If you have received and accepted an offer from Stryker, you will work with your TABP and/or HR business partner to determine a start date and next steps for orientation and onboarding!

Workplace flexibility

We empower each of our businesses to maximize productivity and engagement with virtual and flexible ways of working. We trust our people, in alignment with their managers, to determine appropriate ways of working that meet individual and business needs.

Roles in this category give you the opportunity to work from an alternate workplace for the majority to 100% of the time. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location.
Field-based
You will work a majority to 100% of the time at customer facilities and have a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based.
Onsite
This option has you working 100% at a Stryker location, though some flexibility may be possible depending on the role, level and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category.
Hybrid
This model allows you to work at both an alternate workplace and a Stryker location. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be on site would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
