Tempe, Arizona is the home of Stryker’s Sustainability Solutions (SSS), the leading provider of reprocessing and re-manufacturing services for single-use medical devices. Reprocessing of single-use medical devices (SUDs) is the practice of inspecting, cleaning, function testing, sterilizing and packaging so that they can be clinically and safely used again.

California

Fremont, California, is home to Stryker’s Neurovascular (NV) division, which is focused on advancing the practice of less invasive stroke therapies through its Complete Stroke Care Solutions. San Jose, California, is home to Stryker's Endoscopy division. The office underwent a multi-phased renovation and upgrade in 2017, designed with wall graphics, a history timeline, and a product innovation display that represents our innovative spirit.

Canada

Waterdown, Ontario, is home to our national headquarters, which houses an array of functions, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Located about an hour outside of Toronto, our Waterdown office offers access to conservation and recreation lands, stunning waterfalls and an outdoor playground for adventure-seekers. Stryker’s Burnaby, British Columbia location serves as a satellite to Stryker’s Endoscopy Division to develop, ensure quality, and manufacture leading-edge surgical visualization equipment, changing the standard of care in today’s operating rooms. Located 30 minutes from Vancouver, Burnaby is a great place to live, learn, work and play. Where over 25% of the land is designated as parks and open spaces, Burnaby features arts, heritage, and cultural facilities, major post-secondary institutions, and rapid transit, and is a hub for high-tech research and business parks.

Florida

Florida is home to our Robotics Innovation Center (RIC) in Weston as well as our Mako Education Center in Fort Lauderdale. The RIC is a research and development facility with a focus mainly on research and development, engineering, and production. Our Mako Education Center is a state-of-the-art facility that opened in January 2018, and was created to train surgeons on cutting-edge products and new technologies that will influence the future of orthopaedics.

Illinois

In 2016, Stryker acquired Sage Products, a leading developer of innovative healthcare solutions that address hospital-acquired conditions such as healthcare-associated pneumonia, surgical site infections, skin injury and healthcare worker injury across the continuum of care. Sage, now a business unit within Stryker’s Medical division, was founded in 1971 and is located in Cary, Illinois, a vibrant community 45 miles northwest of Chicago. Situated among lively villages and picturesque nature preserves, Cary and the surrounding areas offer a variety of opportunities to explore your interests, meet great people, and have fun with your family.

Tennesse

In Tennessee, you’ll find two Stryker locations about a half hour apart. In Memphis, we have the primary location for our Foot and Ankle Business which is among one of the fastest growing segments in Orthopaedics. Arlington, TN is the home of Stryker’s Trauma and Extremities manufacturing plant. The team located here is dedicated to the production of medical devices used to repair injuries to the foot, ankle and lower extremities.

Michigan

Stryker’s origin story starts in Kalamazoo, MI. In 1941, our founder, Dr. Homer Stryker created the Orthopedic Frame Company, which would later become Stryker as we know it today. Fast-forward 80 some years, and you’ll still find our Global Headquarters based in Kalamazoo, MI, just a few miles south of where it all began. In addition to our HQ, Kalamazoo, is also home to Stryker’s Instruments and Medical Divisions.

Within a three-mile radius, you’ll find over five Stryker sites, specializing in manufacturing, logistics, engineering, corporate functions and more. Our three main locations in Kalamazoo are the Global HQ/Instruments Division, Medical Division, and our Instrument’s Manufacturing site.

Texas

Flower Mound, Texas is home to Stryker Communications, which is dedicated to optimizing care environments through the iSuite integrated operating room. Our building includes approximately 250,000 square feet of office and warehouse space, and is both a LEED Certified and WELL Certified space. Located about 30 miles northwest of Dallas, and on the shores of Grapevine Lake, Flower Mound offers its residents a variety of activities such as visiting the local farmers’ market, checking out zoos, aquariums, and museums, and cheering on our sports teams.

Minnesota

In November 2020, Stryker acquired Wright Medical Group N.V., a global medical device company focused on extremities and biologics, whose Upper Extremities Division was headquartered in Bloomington, MN. Today, our Bloomington site is still home to the Upper Extremities Business Unit of Stryker’s Trauma and Extremities Division and is a leader in shoulder surgery and is advancing orthopaedics through its product development in both hardware and software. Our Bloomington site has a distribution center as well as corporate functions to support the Upper Extremities Business.

Utah

Our office in Salt Lake City is a 137,000 square-foot, state of the art facility and a nationally renowned “hands-on” medical device physician training center. This personalized training experience features our fully equipped iSuite, an outfitted bioskills lab, cutting-edge meeting rooms and more.

New Jersey

Mahwah, New Jersey, is home to Stryker Orthopaedics. Located just 24 miles north of Newark and 30 miles from Manhattan, It offers scenic picnic areas, walking paths, and several parks and playgrounds.

Virginia

In November 2018, Stryker acquired K2M, a global leader of complex spine and minimally invasive solutions, headquartered in Leesburg, Virginia. Today, Leesburg is home to Stryker’s Spine division which offers a comprehensive portfolio for orthopaedic and neurosurgeons specializing in the surgical treatment of a broad range of spinal pathologies

Argentina

Stryker’s Argentinian office is located in Munro, just 10 km north of Buenos Aires. Teams in this location support several of Stryker’s businesses and comprise a variety of functions. Our culture of cross-collaboration allows teams to come together, united in a shared mission to make healthcare better.

Brazil

In 1998, Stryker opened our São Paulo office, supporting various divisions across Medical Surgical, Orthopaedics, Spine, Neurotechnology, and Corporate. Our Brazil office is in the heart of Sao Paulo, near our office, you’ll find hospitals, several restaurants, stores, and Ibirapuera Park!

Chile

Stryker’s Chilean headquarters is in Santiago de Chile, near the city’s primary business area and medical centers. To provide excellent service to our customers across the country we also have an office branch in the southern region of Concepción, Chile. Various Stryker businesses can be found in Chile including, Neurovascular, Endoscopy, Medical, Instruments, Spine and Joint Replacement. Teams are largely made up of positions in operations, finance, sales, human resources, compliance, regulatory affairs and quality assurance and marketing who come together to proudly deliver Stryker products throughout the country.

Colombia

Stryker began operations in Bogotá, Colombia in 2010. Today this location supports several businesses and divisions including Endoscopy, Instruments, Orthopaedics, Neurotechnology and Medical. Our employees in Bogotá, are dedicated to our shared mission of making healthcare better. Our office in Bogotá, Colombia is located in the northern region of the city, close to several major medical centers.

Costa Rica

In 2019, Stryker opened our Global Services Center in Costa Rica, supporting various divisions across Finance, Information Systems, and Procurement. Our Costa Rica location is nestled in the heart of the San Antonio Business Park in the Heredia Province and offers breathtaking views.

Mexico

Mexico is home to two Stryker locations. Our Mexican headquarters can be found in Mexico City, nestled in the heart of Polanco, near the city’s lively restaurants and shopping centers. Our second Stryker location is located in Tijuana, Mexico. Here you’ll find one of our manufacturing facilities that supports Stryker’s Sustainability Solutions. This site consists of teams in Manufacturing and Manufacturing Operations, such as Human Resources, Finance, Compliance, Engineering and Quality Assurance.

Puerto Rico

Stryker’s presence in Puerto Rico dates back to 1988. Our current facility in Arroyo opened its doors in 2003 and is focused on manufacturing products for Stryker’s Endoscopy and Instrument divisions.

South Africa

Since 2016, Stryker in Johannesburg has played a pivotal role as a hub for our operations in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, as well as our Medical Division. Our unwavering focus on customer and patient satisfaction influences every aspect of our work.

United Arab Emirates

In 2023, Stryker opened our doors in Dubai as a hub for our Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa locations. Teams based here specialize in Sales and Marketing and are passionately driven to deliver remarkable results in support of our Medical Division.

Saudi Arabia

In 2024, Stryker opened our doors in the vibrant city of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where innovation meets tradition at our bustling headquarters. Our office stands as a beacon of medical advancement and business development.

Australia

Stryker continues to expand our footprint across the South Pacific. To date, Stryker calls seven cities across Australia and New Zealand home. Our Australian locations include Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide. China

With three strategic sites located in Beijing, Shanghai, and Suzhou, Stryker in China is uniquely positioned to drive innovation and excellence in healthcare solutions. Hong Kong

Established in 1994, our Hong Kong office is home to several global and regional teams. In 1998, we established our Belfast office within view of the iconic Harland & Wolff shipyard in the Belfast Harbour Estate. Being part of Stryker in Norway and Denmark, you work remotely from home while being part of a close sales team. You will be a member of our Nordics organization and you will frequently meet your colleagues in the Nordics as well in the rest of Europe.

The Netherlands

Stryker's Amsterdam office opened in 2014, located in the city's southeast business district. Employees with pan-European responsibilities are based here and enjoy the centrality of the city. The Stryker location in Venlo serves as our European Central Distribution Center and supports logistics across the globe, with the main focus on delivering to the European, Middle East, and African regions (EMEA). Responsible for handling inbound receipts, storage, and outbound fulfillment, it also offers value-added services like kitting and labeling and is the home base to our supply chain planning teams.

Norway

Being part of Stryker in Norway and Denmark, you work remotely from home while being part of a close sales team. You will be a member of our Nordics organization and you will frequently meet your colleagues in the Nordics as well in the rest of Europe.

Poland

Stryker continues to expand our footprint throughout Europe. To date, Stryker has two locations in Poland. Our Polish locations include Warsaw and Skawina. These teams proudly work together to deliver on our mission to make healthcare better.

Spain

The Stryker Operations Center in Spain, which opened in 2022, is centrally located in Madrid and acts as the main hub for Stryker’s locations in Iberia.

Sweden

Stryker’s Nordics main office and Nordic Distribution Centre is located in Malmö. Nestled in the Svågertop business district, with a view of the Öresundsbro—Stryker in Malmö is where tradition meets innovation. Our landscaped office features a sedum roof which increases biodiversity and is a product of creativity and insights from our very own Stryker employees. Stryker in Sweden is proudly certified as a Great Place to Work. 

Switzerland

Set in a picture-perfect setting, our Stryker office in Selzach is located amidst rolling green hills, scenic alpine routes, and endless summit trails. All 10 minutes away from Solothurn, one of the most beautiful towns in the country. The Stryker office in Biberist is strategically located near Selzach and Solothurn. It functions as a sales hub, warehouse and central customer service location. Teams here are proud to support our Surgical, Head and Neck, Endoscopy & Sports Medicine, Joint Replacement, Trauma, Spine, Neurovascular and Medical Divisions.

Türkiye

If you’re looking to find a Stryker location in Türkiye, you’re in luck! Not only do we have an office in Istanbul, but you’ll also find a second location in Ankara. In Istanbul, we've got a spacious office spanning over 5,100 square meters. It's not just an office—it's a hub for a variety of activities. You'll find a warehouse, a training center and teams from across all our different divisions. It's like a bustling little city in itself! In Ankara, we're in a central location close to public transportation and major shopping centers. Like our office in Istanbul, our teams in Ankara support various functions from all of Styker’s divisions.

United Kingdom

This recently refurbished, modern office brings together our Sales and Marketing, Customer and Logistics, Enabling Functions and Warehouse teams. We also provide first-hand training for our Mako Robot, and each department works closely with one another to serve as a high-performing, region of excellence.
