Position Title: Trauma Sales Representative

This position requires an on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support trauma cases as they arise. While this level of availability is essential for the role, we understand it may not be suitable for every candidate. About the Role
Trauma care is fast-moving, clinically focused, and centered around supporting orthopedic surgeons and healthcare teams during urgent and scheduled procedures. As a Trauma Sales Representative, you will manage a territory, provide operating room support, maintain critical inventory, and serve as a product expert for Stryker Trauma solutions.
This role is well-suited for individuals who enjoy dynamic healthcare environments, can effectively manage competing priorities, and are motivated by a combination of clinical support, customer engagement, and sales performance.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue, case coverage, and market share objectives for Stryker Trauma products.
Provide in-person clinical and technical support during orthopedic trauma procedures in operating room and emergency care settings.
Build and maintain relationships with orthopedic surgeons, operating room staff, emergency department personnel, and healthcare decision-makers within assigned accounts.
Respond to customer requests and case support needs, including urgent and after-hours trauma procedures requiring on-call coverage.
Conduct product demonstrations, evaluations, and educational programs to support customer adoption and product utilization.
Manage inventory, consignment assets, and surgical instrument sets to maintain product availability and operational readiness.
Monitor account activity, competitive trends, and territory performance to identify opportunities for growth and account expansion.
Document sales activities, inventory transactions, case support interactions, and compliance requirements in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree OR minimum 4 years of experience in clinical healthcare, sales, or a combination of both.
Ability to participate in an on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 1 years of medical device, healthcare, or business-to-business sales experience.
This role is 100% commission and is eligible for bonuses + benefits.
