Job description
1st Shift - Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 3:00 pm
What you will do:
- Actively participate in cleanliness and 6S standards within maintenance area and maintenance team (includes desks, tool cribs, work benches, etc.)
- Provide the utmost level of internal customer satisfaction to all of the maintenance team members.
- Receive, store, and issue materials, parts, PM materials to support shop operations.
- Works with minimal direct supervision and leads peers to accomplish support functions of the maintenance to create and maintain parts storerooms.
- Identifies, solves, and communicates organizational issues for parts and supply issues
- Creation of preventative maintenance kitting
- Identifying preventative maintenance scheduling improvements to support equipment uptime.
- Work closely with engineering and operation teams to recommend, specify, and implement upgrades, replacements, and new equipment purchases.
- Diligent in supporting all individual and team equipment downs, repairs, projects, PMs, and other work orders, and clearing roadblocks for other technicians.
- Execute and own transformational projects for cost, quality, process improvements within operations, maintenance, and engineering.
- Complete various day-to-day tasks, as assigned.
What you need:
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three (3) years of relevant manufacturing experience
Preferred:
- Technical experience with motors, drives, or servos
- CNC Electrical experience
