We're looking for a results-driven sales professional to join our Trauma team in Geelong or West Melbourne!

We can consider junior associates and more experienced sales professionals for this opening!

Your role will involve:

  • Delivering self-driven strategic business plans and achieving consistent sales results to gain territory growth and market share: https://www.stryker.com/us/en/portfolios/orthopaedics/trauma-and-extremities.html
  • Developing relationships and managing your territory to become a product expert while providing clinical and technical expertise in the hospital setting
  • Being present in the operating theatre to assist surgeons and theatre staff maximise the use and application of Stryker products
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and up-skilling of our own products and developing an in-depth understanding of the market

What you'll bring:

  • Ideally, you will reside in either Geelong or West Melbourne and be willing to travel to Ballarat and Warrnambool semi-frequently.
  • Experience in the orthopaedic industry preferred, however a background in allied health or similar experience also considered.
  • Burning desire to integrate a high-performing team.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a sales-focused mind.
  • Strong anatomical or clinical knowledge.
  • Must be self-driven with a proven ability to work autonomously, as well being able to integrate into a high-performing team.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communications skills.
