Join our team as a Territory Manager within our Neurosurgical division in Sydney, NSW.

In this role, you will be responsible for growing and managing your territory as if it were your own business, taking ownership of our Neurosurgical portfolio across NSW. Key responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and market share by achieving capital budget targets and profit objectives.
  • Provide clinical support to our nurse and surgeon customers within the operating theatre setting.
  • Be a trusted partner for our customers and work complex deals from conception through to completion.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure accounts are provided the highest service quality
  • Strategically partner with other divisions at Stryker to identify and qualify new opportunities.
  • Problem solve business and product queries, coupling outside of the box thinking with business acumen.
