We are looking for an ambitious Territory Account Executive to join our team and represent Vocera, Stryker’s clinical communication and workflow software solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within the healthcare software space, where you will help transform healthcare delivery by improving communication and operational efficiency in hospitals and aged care facilities.

The Role: As a Territory Account Executive, you will take a strategic approach to promote and sell Vocera’s software platform in your designated region, building strong relationships with key hospital decision-makers. You will work directly with healthcare teams to implement tailored software solutions that improve workflow, enhance communication, and optimize patient care. This role is based in Sydney, covering all of NSW.

What You Will Do:

  • Business development and new client acquisition: Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in your designated territory, focusing on hospitals and large aged care organisations.
  • Strategic sales planning: Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to progress deals through the pipeline, ensuring growth and expansion within your accounts.
  • Build strong relationships: Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, from C-suite executives to clinical teams, ensuring the long-term success of the software solution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with customer success and technical teams to ensure successful software implementation and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent service: Ensure clients receive tailored solutions that improve workflow, enhance communication, and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment: Maintain focus, drive, and a results-oriented mindset while balancing multiple projects and stakeholders.

What You Need:

  • 2+ years of software sales experience (experience in healthcare software, clinical systems, or other B2B software sales is highly preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, typically lasting six months or longer, with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to influence key decision-makers at all levels within an organization.
  • Deep understanding of communication technology trends and industry dynamics, particularly in the healthcare space.
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas and consistently closing new business.
  • Self-motivated and innovative with a creative approach to solving customer challenges.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with both existing clients and new prospects, turning leads into long-term business.
