Nous recherchons une personne dynamique et engagée pour rejoindre notre équipe en tant qu'Ingénieur de Service Itinérant Mako. Les responsabilités de l'ingénieur de service itinérant Mako incluent la prise en charge des tâches de support client, la réalisation des installations, des réparations, de la maintenance, tout en veillant à une gestion rigoureuse des tâches pour garantir que tout le travail progresse selon le planning.

Idéalement localisé en région parisienne, les déplacements seront fréquents dans les départements suivants : 29, 31, 33, 44, 57, 59, 64, 71, 75 ,76, 80.

Your missions :

  • You will provide on-site technical support and performing customer support tasks.

  • You will deliver, install, repair, maintain and test Mako robotic devices.

  • You will resolve operational issues in the field.

  • You will identify any issues and perform troubleshooting procedures.

  • You will determine customer needs and offering recommendations.

  • You will collaborate with colleagues and share information to ensure first-rate customer support.

  • You will manage work progress and ensure adherence to schedules.

  • You will track down and document work progress, and complete service reports.

  • You will develop and maintain a strong customer relationships.

Your profile :

  • From 1 - 3 years experience in mechanical equipment maintenance.

  • Experience in the medical field would be a plus.

  • Minimum BAC + 2 in Engineering, Maintenance, Biomedical field or equivalent.

  • Fluent English.

  • You have demonstrated high degree of technical proficiency and excellent problem-solving skills.

  • You have demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact effectively with customers is necessary.

  • You are able to manage stress, work effectively under pressure, and respond quickly to challenges.

  • Ability to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
