As a Technical Supervisor at our Maastricht-based Technical Center Workshop, you will play a key role guiding your team’s growth, ensuring high-quality repairs, customer satisfaction, and ongoing improvement in our processes.

What you will do
- Operations: Supervise and manage daily repair activities, ensuring timely completion of repairs in line with company standards and customer expectations.
- Team Management: Mentor and support the team that works in the workshop, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous development.
- Customer Liaison: Work closely with the Customer Services Department to ensure customer needs are met, managing repair expectations and ensuring high satisfaction.
- Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure all repair activities comply with internal standards and relevant regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, COSHH, HTM), maintaining the highest levels of safety and quality.
- Reporting & Documentation: Track and report repair progress, departmental performance, and customer activity using Oracle and other relevant systems.
- Training & Development: Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they are equipped to deliver repairs to the highest standard and use the ERP/CRM systems effectively.
- Process Improvement: Drive Lean initiatives within the workshop, collaborating with other technical teams across Europe to implement best practices and new tools or equipment.
What you need:
Required
- Technical, bachelor’s or master’s Degree-level education (preferred) or equivalent vocational qualifications in a technical discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in the repair and maintenance of medical equipment, with a technical background in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Medical Physics, or a similar field.
- Fluent level of English (Bilingual Or C1).
Preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a people management role, supervising or leading technical teams in a fast-paced workshop or service environment.
- Experience of at least 2 years working with Oracle or similar ERP systems is a plus.
- Fluent level of Dutch is a plus.
