The Technical Services Coordinator Intern Interacts with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. Receives customer requests and prepares documents/trouble tickets related to processing returns (RMA), servicing and exchanges. Updates databases with status of returned materials issues and accounts for returns inventory. Records and reports the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, and delivery schedules. Ensure service information accessible by sorting and filing documents/forms. May schedule field service repair calls. Handles requests for additional company materials. Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes and product pricing, and resolves return credit problems.

This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise. Job requires a good knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the range of processes, procedures, and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts & principles upon which the job is based. This job typically requires a degree in process or equivalent and no experience.

Essential duties & responsibilities:

To offer our customers a first-class service to compliment the rest of the Stryker Corporation.

  • Being first contact of customers and collect all phone calls.

  • Organizing and assigning jobs to service team together with related supervisor

  • Processing quotations

  • Processing invoices

  • Processing stock orders

  • Listing and arranging incoming and outgoing devices by cargo.

  • Receiving of incoming repairs and opening of subsequent Job Card and other related documents.

  • Keeping all service records in detail

  • Creating well organized documentation

  • Supply backup equipment and work according to deadlines. Ensure effective job card system and give feedback to customers when required.

  • Preparing Maintenance schedules and strictly follow up.

  • Providing strong support to technical service team while they are in field and in repair center.

  • Preparing necessary reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly on time

  • Create high standard of internal communication between “sales team, marketing team & operations team” and technical service department.

  • You will be expected to be flexible in terms of assisting the team in times of high volumes of workload.

Education & special trainings:

  • Graduate of Office Management and Administrative Assistant or relevant

Qualifications & experience:

  • Demonstrated written and oral communications skills including strong presentation skills​.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects​.

  • Fluent and skilled in local language and English

  • Must be capable of working closely with TS Team​

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

  • Involvement in the continuous improvement of the departments processes, focusing on Quality, productivity, and Customer Engagement.

Physical & mental requirements:

  • Must be able to manage time, projects, stress, and conflict.

  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication.

  • Must be able to bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision.

  • Decision Making/Judgement – Selects effective approaches to solving issues, based on available information and business objectives and escalates appropriately,

  • Advanced MS Office knowledge, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
