What you will do –
- Cycle count inventory in various hospital and office locations throughout territory; reconcile counts with company inventory logs; submit adjustments; responsible to count all branch inventory at least once per annual year; understand and implement procedures to manage inventory shelf life and expiry records
- Manage; report and analyze branch operations metrics and productivity, track service levels and problem solve any discrepancies
- Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals; occasionally perform responsibilities in Hospital/Operating room setting; keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
- Issue or distribute materials, products, parts, and supplies based on information from incoming requisitions; prepare and maintain records and reports of inventories, shortages and/or shipments; determine proper storage methods, identification, and stock location
- Dispose of damaged or defective items following procedures
- Provide coaching, feedback and guidance to improve service levels, internal processes and customer support methodology
- Engage, interact, and respond in a prompt, accurate, courteous and poised manner in order to encourage positive business relationships
- Carry out long-term projects and keep management informed of progress from start to finish.
What you need –
- Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline or 6+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend and evening call/participate in rotational on call as needed – required
- Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs – required
- Demonstrated warehouse/inventory control experience in a demanding, fast-paced environment – preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and Access, ERP systems (including data analysis tools i.e. queries, pivot tables, etc.)
$64,600- $100,300 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
