Job description
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate leader to guide and develop our Customer Service Team in providing exceptional service and making a real difference in healthcare. This role offers flexibility to work from any location with the option to work from home.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, manage, and develop the customer service team.
- Ensure outstanding service for both internal and external customers.
- Drive process improvements and efficiency across Customer Service and Operations.
- Collaborate with other divisions to enhance cross-functional processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Leadership experience in any customer-facing role (Retail, Hospitality, Customer Service).
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Confidence working with tech tools like JDE, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years in a leadership role, managing and developing teams of 10+ people
- Proven ability to develop and mentor teams by fostering a positive, collaborative environment, setting clear goals, and delivering tailored training to drive performance and growth.
- Highly developed customer service skills (any industry) and ability to problem solve to find solutions
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to support both internal and external customers
- Ability to work in a high technology environment (particularly JDE, Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience handling high-volume environments, managing service metrics, and meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements and lead change initiatives.
