Job description
Join Stryker as a Team Lead for our Distribution Centre, where you’ll lead, develop, and engage a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, develop, and support the team
- Oversee daily operations, including rostering, task coverage, and service delivery.
- Build team capability and ensure a positive, engaging work environment through hands-on leadership.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and service outcomes.
- Be a key point of contact for post-sales support, service inquiries, and demo requests.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of leadership experience in Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, Med Tech, Pharma, or similar industries.
- A strong passion for team development and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as JDE, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
