Job description

Schedule: Mon – Fri, 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM, OT Required

What You Will Do:

This role leads day-to-day operations for DECON production line, driving safety, quality, and output performance. As a hands-on leader, you’ll guide a small team on the floor while ensuring production targets and operational standards are consistently met.

  • Lead day-to-day operations for the DECON production line to ensure safety, quality, and output targets are met
  • Coordinate workflow and support production employees throughout the shift
  • Monitor line performance and track key production metrics
  • Identify and resolve equipment, process, and staffing issues in real time
  • Provide direction, coaching, and guidance to team members on the floor
  • Ensure compliance with standardized work instructions and quality documentation
  • Manage special orders including rush, hold, and priority production requests
  • Partner with leadership to support training, onboarding, and team development

What you need

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Ability to lead small teams and drive performance to production targets
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues on the floor
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment

Preferred:

  • Prior manufacturing experience (medical device or regulated environment preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience in a lead, captain, or champion role
  • Working knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety practices
  • Experience supporting training, onboarding, or employee development

Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.


$27.00/hr plus bonus potential and benefits.
