Job description
As a Systems Integration Associate, you will support the Surgical Technologies, Marketing and Sales teams leading security and technical assessments for customers among other duties around IT management. In this role, you will coordinate with our salesforce and marketing teams to ensure a seamless implementation for our customers, utilizing effective communication and strong relationship building. This role requires a passion for improving the standards of care and representing the Journey to Zero Harm.
What you will do
Sales Support/Enablement
- Support sales process as a technical resource, through completion of technical questionnaire and/or security assessments and direct customer calls during the approvals process.
- Be a liaison with sales and legal supporting Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA) reviews with regards to product functionality.
Customer Engagement
- Lead calls with customer IT for product technical specifications, network architecture or IT configuration.
Collaborate with key stakeholders
- Gain a complete understanding of the technical specifications and network architecture of the digital portfolio.
- Support implementation projects as technical resource and/or in field support, as required.
- Transition all technical issues/feedback to application engineering team.
- Close cross-functional collaboration with our software engineers for current software and network updates.
- Support the digital portfolio team on marketing initiatives and projects.
Other
- Deliver high quality results with passion, energy, and drive to meet business priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build partnerships to achieve business objectives.
- Effectively manage key relationships and work activities.
What you need
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2+ years of work experience required.
- Working knowledge of Windows, Linux, and mobile (iOS, Android) operating systems.
- Working knowledge of networks, firewalls, encryption, and other aspects of network security technologies.
- Working knowledge of Cloud platforms.
Preferred:
- 2+ years of IT experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of Single Sign on such as Microsoft Azure AD.
- Strong understanding of Cybersecurity policies and procedures.
- Hands-on experience & subject matter experts on MDM (Mobile Device Management) such as AirWatch.
- USN: $69,500 - $110,900 USD Annual
