  • Work closely with Commercial teams to understand forecasts, assumptions and demand changes

  • Align supply plans with inventory targets, service levels and business priorities

  • Identify and proactively manage supply risks, including constraints, disruptions or variability

  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Customer Service and global teams to optimise stock availability

  • Monitor and manage inventory performance, including stock levels, slow-moving and excess stock

  • Contribute to S&OP / IBP planning processes from a supply perspective

  • Drive continuous improvement across planning processes and systems

What you’ll bring

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in supply planning, replenishment or broader supply chain roles

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills

  • Ability to manage complexity and competing priorities

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach

  • Comfortable working with systems, data and reporting tools

Preferred

  • Exposure to planning frameworks (e.g. S&OP / IBP)

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g. JDE) and planning tools

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

  • Experience in healthcare, medical devices or a regulated environment

  • Understanding of quality and compliance processes

What we offer

  • A role that directly supports business performance and patient outcomes

  • Ongoing training, coaching and career development opportunities

  • Competitive benefits offering that includes paid parental leave, on-site office gym, wellbeing and volunteer days

  • Access to health, financial wellbeing and insurance programs
