What you’ll do as a Supply Planner

  • Optimize inventory to avoid excess while meeting service KPIs

  • Procure finished goods from global suppliers, manage changes, and track ETAs

  • Solve supply issues quickly, provide ETAs, and coordinate substitutions

  • Manage inbound freight, drive cost savings, and resolve warehouse challenges

  • Plan portfolio needs including safety stock, MOQs, and product lifecycles

  • Influence demand planning through the monthly IBP cycle

  • Support continuous improvement through lean initiatives and strong process management

What we’re looking for

Minimum Requirements

  • 2+ years in supply chain, planning, procurement, or production

  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations or related field

  • ERP experience and proficiency in Excel

  • High level stakeholder management and influencing skills

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

  • ISO9001/13485 familiarity and Lean or APICS certifications (a plus)

  • Proficiency in PowerBI
