Job description
What you will do:
- Responsible for managing the performance of the team in terms of cash application, Credit Cards, Request (troubleshooting), and unapplied cash.
- Engage and supervise the cash application team under their scope.
- Lead Tier 1 of Daily Huddle and escalate any major issues to Tier 2.
- Assist in developing training materials for a newly created team.
- Play a key role in the work migration activities from other Stryker locations, including knowledge transfer and documentation activities.
- Ensure high-quality interactions with internal and external customers.
- Partner with customer-facing teams, building strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Provide regular updates to SSC management of KPI’s, analysis, and trends.
What you need:
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or other related areas is preferred.
- Fluent spoken and written English; Portuguese language is a plus
- Intermediate to advanced skills on the MS Office Suite
- Oracle and SAP systems knowledge is a big plus
- Strong knowledge in Service Now tool, including reporting
- 6-8 years of relevant working experience in a finance function in matrixed international company (preferably American or Multinational Company) with complex reporting practices and with exposure to various reporting systems. AP/AR roles
