Job description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES主要职责:
- Continuously fully comply with all GMP and Regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for COE’s routine work to produce accurate financial report and to meet specific deadlines, monitoring workload and team resource, supervising staff and keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and compliance policy.
- Lead projects to optimization current business flow to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Assists with ongoing compliance efforts.
- Responsible for providing financial advice and support to clients and colleagues to enable them to make sound business decisions.
- Maintain COE brand with GQO group
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES管理职责:
- Recruit best people for the team.
- Setting goals, expectations and priorities, evaluate subordinates performance against those goals.
- Coaching, motivating and developing talents, and lead by example
REQUIRED SKILL SET岗位技能：
- Extensive experience in financial reporting, internal control, financial analysis, insurance and accounting.
- Strong China & US GAAP knowledge
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent PC knowledge
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
经验要求：
- 5+ years post qualification experience in financial accounting
- 2+ Supervisory capacity within the finance function
- Working experience with MNC is an advantage
EDUCATION
教育背景：
- Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in Financial/Management Accounting
