Job Mission
As a Subject Matter Expert in Life Sciences, you will contribute to a highly efficient logistics operation that meets customer needs with a commitment to quality. You will manage warehouse operations and drive process improvements, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee warehouse operations, including storage, shipping, and receiving, ensuring quality and efficiency. Conduct root-cause analysis on complex issues and implement preventive actions. Monitor and optimize workflows using the PDCA cycle to meet performance targets. Lead process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs. Act as an ERP system superuser and provide support for IT-related projects. Participate in new projects, assessing timelines, risks, and opportunities. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure system efficiency. Support quality control by creating work instructions and streamlining processes for optimization.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Warehousing, Logistics, or Supply Chain or in a similar field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in logistics, warehousing, and distribution management or in a similar field.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, including ERP systems (SAP, Oracle preferred).
Lean Six Sigma certification and experience in the Medical Devices industry (ISO13485) are a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
