What You Get Out of the Internship

The Sales Operations intern will be responsible but not limited to the following: Support in the development of processes, procedures, and tools to support the sales force and sales management. Develop support and training materials for systems and processes (Salesforce.com, Power BI, Secondary Market Sales).  Will utilize sales tools and systems as a super user to support sales force and sales management.  Partner with cross-functional groups in development and enhancement of sales processes, tools, systems.  Support in identifying opportunities to evolve processes and metrics to improve efficiency, accuracy and business sales growth.

What You Need

  • Currently working on completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field or equivalent; we will only consider students who plan to be enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the summer.
  • Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above; must be the case at the date of hire and will be verified during background check in the spring
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment-based sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and proven leadership and business acumen skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Proficient on basic computer programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
