5 ways Stryker is celebrating Global TA Day
Global TA Day, created by the Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals (ATAP), is the one day each year dedicated to celebrating all things (and people) Talent Acquisition. At Stryker, our Talent Acquisition team works hard to attract, recruit, and hire the best talent and we believe they should be celebrated every day. Here are 5 ways we’re celebrating our TA team!
1. Virtual trivia
Each of our regional talent acquisition teams will come together virtually to play some trivia that will encourage fun while creating a sense of togetherness.
2. Team lunch
Every member of our team will expense lunch and join a virtual call with their team members to take a minute to relax, catch up and recognize each other.
3. Photobooth
All team members have the opportunity to participate in our virtual photo booth complete with TA-related photo booth props.
4. Team appreciation
A personalized note is sent to our TA professionals from our TA Leader as well as individual recognition where our team members share an appreciation for each other.
5. Recruiter spotlight
On the days leading up to Global TA Day, and throughout the year, we feature and post about our TA professionals on our corporate social media channels.
