Staff R&D Test Engineer

Permanent, hybrid role based in the NeuroHub, Model Farm Road, Cork City, Ireland

What you will do:

Be hands on and develop test methods for new Neurovascular R&D products

Do statistical analysis of test results

Be curious and drive root cause analysis of test failures

Key Skills:

Gage R&R, problem solving and data analysis

Have a Continuous Improvement mindset – implement automation where suitable

Experience with computer vision systems and test method development / validation

Excellent documentation, communication and interpersonal skills

What you need:

Must have a minimum of a Degree (level 8) in a suitable subject (e.g. Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering) or similar

An infectious enthusiasm for new technologies and their application

This role may be suitable for candidates with experience in the following roles or similar:

  • Test Engineering
  • R&D Engineering
  • Metrology
  • Automation / Controls
  • Process Development
