What you will do:
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts and data scientists.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. - Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement the data analytics strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
- Identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions. - Data Analysis and Interpretation:
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of data analytics projects.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy.
- Interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable business insights. - Technical Expertise:
- Utilize advanced data analysis techniques and tools such as SQL, Python, R, and machine learning frameworks.
- Oversee the development and implementation of data models and algorithms.
- Stay up to date with the latest data analytics trends and technologies. - Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Communicate technical information to non-technical audiences effectively. - Data Governance:
- Implement data governance policies to ensure data privacy, security, and compliance.
- Establish best practices for data management and analytics.
What you need:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. - Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in data analytics or a related field. - Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques and statistical analysis
- Knowledge on stream processing for near real-time analytics is must.
