What you will do:

Work with a multidisciplinary team to support new product and process introductions

Select components and equipment

Develop component specific testing and inspection protocols

Complete capital acquisition activity from specifying equipment right through to validation

Participate in PFMEA, Control Plan, SOP and PPAP generation

Key Skills:

Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in developing processes for manufacturing electronic components

Experience of Design for Manufacturing, capability studies, verification and validation

What you need:

Must have a minimum of a Degree (level 8) in a suitable subject e.g. Engineering, Electronics

An infectious enthusiasm for problem solving
