Job description

What you will do:

  • Manage pipeline for HW design, development & testing of multiple projects
  • Contribute to absorption of new technologies, processes, and methods by making them part of own team's delivery
  • Communicate frequently across all project disciplines to ensure project team, division and senior management are aware of upcoming milestones and risks/issues
  • Align dedicated and shared resources cross-functionally to optimize to ensure achievement of business results, acquire and develop middle to junior level resources as need-ed
  • Compliance to Quality Management System and Design Controls
  • Proven records in Verification of Systems, Software Applications with different Hard-ware Components
  • Good knowledge of setting up HW test environment for V&V activities
  • Lead/handle multiple projects in parallel
  • Authoring and reviewing the product documents and maintaining Quality standards

What you need:

  • Educational experience in B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/MS. – Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Control / Power
  • Work experience of 10+ Years
  • PCB design & development process and associated tools & functional verification
  • Knowledge of Microcontroller, Microprocessor and FPGA based circuits design & development tools & bringing up board
  • Good understanding of Product Security domain and associated tools used in hardware penetration testing. 
  • Strong board level troubleshooting skills and understanding of hardware-software interaction
  • Familiar with Embedded Systems / Products verification / validation
  • Hands on with lab equipment like DSO, Logic analyzer, Function generator, etc.
  • Well versed with writing test plans and test cases document and exposure to test management tools
  • Strong themes of analytical, autonomy, responsibility, and ownership
  • Experience of working with multi-tiered software application Design & Development
  • Experience working with other cross-functional and architecture teams across locations to ensure product architectures conform to the core technology
