Job description

What you will do:

As our Senior Business Analyst, ServiceNow HRSD, you will support the design, configuration, optimization, and ongoing operation of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform. You will partner with HR process owners, technology teams, HR Operations, Compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient, and user-centered HR solutions.  You will be the functional bridge between HR, technology, and the employee experience.

Additionally, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into platform configurations, supporting case management and knowledge management capabilities, performing testing and quality assurance activities, developing reporting and analytics, and driving continuous improvement across the employee experience. You may also support clearly defined AI-enabled HR use cases by documenting requirements, validating outputs, and helping identify opportunities to improve self-service and operational efficiency.

You will play a critical part in ensuring the HRSD platform remains stable, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals while enabling automation, self-service adoption, and enhanced employee experiences.

  • Partner with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories and success criteria.
  • Lead discovery and process design activities to simplify and standardize HR processes before applying technology solutions.
  • Serve as the functional liaison between HR stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs and technical concepts across audiences.
  • Support backlog prioritization, release planning and delivery of HR technology solutions, including approved AI-enabled HR use cases.
  • Configure and maintain ServiceNow HRSD capabilities, workflows and employee experiences in alignment with business needs and platform best practices.
  • Review configurations and maintain platform standards, documentation, data models, roles and security requirements.
  • Support knowledge management and employee self-service strategies, including content governance, search effectiveness and migration of legacy content.
  • Ensure solutions meet change control, data privacy, security and compliance requirements while supporting audit readiness.
  • Lead functional testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing, defect resolution and regression testing for releases and upgrades.
  • Develop dashboards, track KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve HR service delivery, adoption and employee experience.
  • Partner with technical teams on integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems, while supporting change enablement, training and continuous improvement.

What you need:

Required:
