カスタマーサービス部門にて、組織力強化の目的で必要な人材を募集します。

【業務内容】
・サプライチェーンにおける受注・出荷~売上計上(Order To Cash )迄の一連の業務への理解がある

・シェアポイント及び営業・特約店の必要なデータへのサポートが可能である

・カスタマーサービス(短期・長期貸出・売上業務)における社内外へのサービスの向上を行う

・医療機器ビジネスへの理解を向上させる(全般)

・業務改善を推進する
・業務委託と協働し、チームの作業効率を向上する


応募資格 【必須要件】
・リーダーシップ

・対人・コミュニケーションスキル(積極性・協調性・公平性)

・レポート作成能力

【Responsibility】
・Execute the required order processing, shipment to the invoicing (order to cash area) operation as a part of supply chain

・Abel to support Internal/External Customer by having the knowledge of SharePoint

・Improve internal/external customer service ( Short/Long consignment and sales recognition work process)

・Understand the business needs in Medical device business

・Contribute in operation process improvement

・Co work with outsourcing company staff for work efficiency and the high productivity
