Job description
Key responsibilities
- Assist in Managing MKT & Sales activities/events and product training.
- Prepare agreement or documents related with HCP, HCO, Society, Vendor, etc.
- Contact the agency for booking flight, accommodation, transportation.
- Payment process for HCP, HCO, Vendor, Society, agency etc.
- Managing the budget breakdown for MKT Team.
- Provide and collect the documents for HCPs for VISA process.
- Assist MKT to monitor budget and arrange the material for booth/workshop and shipment process.
- Prepare the material for booth/workshop as MKT requests.
- Prepare the documentation as Sales & MKT team requirement such as printing for paper/form/literature.
- Coordinate with the distributor and transportation (3rd party for shipment equipment for workshop/booth).
- Purchasing as the requirements from Sales & MKT Team such as consumable, SAW Bone or stuffs for training, etc.
- Assist sales team to coordinate with distributor to pick up and distribute quotation/tender/other documents, etc.
- Travel 20% of the time throughout the territory for participate/attend in company exhibition booth.
Minimal requirements
• A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in administrative, sales/marketing coordinator.
• Computer literacy skill such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and Service skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English
