We are hiring a Sourcing Analyst to join our diverse team in our Global Procurement Center (Warsaw). This is a fantastic career opportunity for a candidate with recognized Procurement interests or experience to join our high-performing Sourcing Team.

The Sourcing Analyst will provide reporting and analysis on key Sourcing metrics for the local Sourcing team. He/she will also be involved in business communications and will be a key contributor/support-player to higher level managers by providing administrative support.

What you will do

  • Create weekly reports and communications in support of Sourcing team and Support contract negotiation and development of strategy.
  • Perform sourcing analysis and selection process, including financial and non-financial inputs as required for clear sourcing decisions
  • Support new product launches; supplier selection, requests for quotes and insurance that suppliers are clear on product launch deliverables; collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful launch.
  • Participate in assuring cost standards are established for annual operating budgets and participate in the implementation of enterprise-wide metrics, tools and processes to optimize sourcing and supplier activities.
  • Support day-to-day supplier requests and with guidance, manage supplier performance to meet requirements, understanding spend, vendors and category dynamics.

What you need

  • Proven track of experience in either purchasing, marketing, manufacturing, quality, or other relevant field within a manufacturing environment.
  • Degree education level
  • Fluency in English / German would be a plus
  • Ability to build relationships across multiple functions and levels both internally and externally.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies & cost reduction methodologies.
  • Knowledge of supplier metrics & measurement methodologies and supporting systems.
