Job description
As the Senior Treasury Analyst you will support the Treasury team to develop, monitor and manage the hedging activities associated with a global foreign exchange portfolio totaling $10B+. You will also support global financing activities to ensure adequate liquidity for Stryker affiliates.
This hybrid role is based out of our Portage, MI location. You will be expected in the office 3 days a week and have the flexibility to work from home the other days.

What you will do
Support the day-to-day management of the multi-program (cash flow hedging, balance sheet hedging, net investment hedging) FX hedge portfolio including aggregating exposures, pre-trade execution activities, settlement activities, valuations, accounting and periodic reporting;
Poweruser as it relates to softwares used in supporting Fx risk programs: HFM, Bloomberg, GTreasury, SAP, Fireapps;
Partner with affiliates to analyze/budget/project global cash balances and global interest income/expense;
Partner with global tax to support end to end administration of the global intercompany financing portfolio including documentation, interest calculations and accounting;
Support various financing activities including Stryker IFSC internal bank, cash repatriations, restructurings and M&A.
Research and obtain pertinent information regarding our foreign operations and the jurisdictions in which they operate;
Leads process improvement and automation efforts with a focus on strengthening controls and transparency;
Perform macro-economic research and present analysis;
What you need
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
2+ years related experience
Advanced Microsoft office and excel skills
Preferred:
Experience with HFM, SAP, Treasury Management System and Bloomberg
Experience with ASC 815
Experience with macroeconomics and foreign exchange markets
