Job description
We are looking for a highly driven individuals with a strong background in medical sales and local market expertise to lead the business for our Medical portfolio in the Western Region, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on the Acute Care business, specifically Stryker Beds, Stretchers, and Support Surfaces, aimed at improving patient care and empowering caregivers. Based in the Western region, you will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth and promote innovative healthcare solutions. Responsibilities include managing lead generation, introducing new products, and maintaining a strong customer pipeline.
What you will do:
Establish and maintain relationships with current and potential customers, identifying key contacts, offering proactive solutions, and ensuring long-term continuity.
Plan, execute, and report customer/partner visits and product demos in line with business targets, while preparing materials and tailored proposals based on customer needs.
Track market trends, competitor activities, product developments, and legal regulations within the area of responsibility, and report insights to management.
Oversee material delivery schedules, ensure timely delivery and installation, provide post-sales user training, and manage collections with the Finance and Accounting team.
Address customer feedback or complaints by coordinating with Quality Management and other departments, ensuring appropriate actions and reporting back to stakeholders.
Assist with purchasing processes, including tenders, leasing, or external purchases, and collaborate with the tender department on approved projects.
Support congresses, demos, and marketing activities by preparing and managing materials, handling scientific support requests, and ensuring proper use and storage.
Use data and financial metrics to anticipate problems, make informed decisions, and seek new business opportunities across different product lines.
What you need:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in business, medical, or a related field.
A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in medical device sales.
Fluency in Arabic and good command of English.
Strong knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and product demonstration skills.
Valid KSA driving license.
Preferred:
Experience in Acute Care is highly desirable.
