Senior Tender Specialist (Dutch Speaking)

What You Will Do

• Monitor internal and external tender platforms to identify and evaluate tender opportunities aligned with business objectives.
• Lead tender kick-off and review meetings to establish timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables.
• Prepare and coordinate qualification criteria to support informed Go/No-Go decisions.
• Develop and manage tender action plans, including documentation requirements, key milestones, and submission deadlines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the tender process to ensure timely completion of all activities.
• Communicate tender status, risks, timelines, and critical updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Collect, review, and manage all required tender documentation to ensure complete and compliant submissions.
• Maintain and continuously improve the tender content library and tender forecasting reports to support business planning and reporting.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in tender management, bid management, contracts, or a related commercial function.
• Fully fluent Dutch language proficiency.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Experience managing end-to-end tender processes, including opportunity identification, qualification, submission, and evaluation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field.
• Experience working within healthcare, medical technology, life sciences, or a regulated industry.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams in a matrix organisation.

Netherlands Pay Ranges:

• Netherlands: €48.600 - €90.300 EUR Annual
