Job description
Join Stryker Endoscopy's R&D Test team, where we collaborate closely with Design and Systems to experiment with early prototypes and refine product designs during new product development. Like Mythbusters, we quickly create fixtures to simulate real-world scenarios, identifying and solving issues early to ensure the best outcomes for customers and patients.
As a Senior Staff R&D Test Engineer, Electrical, you will focus on data integrity, reliability, wireless coexistence, power consumption, integration, and clinical use cases. You'll lead testing efforts across engineering disciplines, develop specialized experiments, and oversee design verification from test plans to reports. Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills are key, as you will manage teams, resources, and timelines.
As we continue to grow and evolve, we embrace continuous improvement by advancing existing test methods and developing new ones for evolving technologies. You may also mentor or manage junior team members. You’ll work with a diverse, global, and collaborative team across multiple locations. If you are passionate about breaking things and solving complex problems, we want to hear from you!
