Job description

What you will do

  • Perform Verification and Validation of Medical Device Software and similar applications.
  • Develop test automation suit using C/C++/ Python. Perform unit/ integration and system verification.
  • Translate requirements into test design and implementation of same.
  • Lead a team and perform design, develop and document test automation framework. Participate in code reviews, requirement tracing and documentation.
  • Create Verification and Validation plan and other required documentation.
  • Work with multi-disciplinary team and global R&D group including System Engineers, developers and global peers to create Test strategy.

What you need:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in embedded software development/verification & validation with experience of leading a team of test development and test automation engineers.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in C/C++/Python and experience in working with test fixture development involving hardware and software.
  • Ability to understand datasheets, schematics and hands on experience with tools like oscilloscopes, function generator, DMM, logic analyzer and other hardware analysis tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Highly developed ability to effectively troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems.
  • Experience with revision control tools like Perforce, GitHub, bitbucket and knowledge on WiFi, connectivity, UART, SPI, I2C is preferred.
  • Ability to work with individuals around the world on distributed development activities.
  • Excellent problem solving and debugging skills.
