Job description
What You Will Do:
- Ensure monthly meetings are scheduled with Marketing/Events and regular meetings to support Manager as deputy where necessary to ensure workload is even and capacity used effectively.
- HCP Contract Process Management.
- HCP Faculty Relations Management – working with marketing & events team
- Collaborating with marketing teams and relevant stakeholders for the Divisional Needs Assessment and medical education event plans.
- Interacting and advising business units on compliant HCP Consultant activities.
- Support with KPI management, continuous process and tools improvement reviews for the manager.
- Regular review of processes to ensure updates to any regulations, compliance policies are updated.
- Mentor and supervise the team members where relevant with the completion of all contract submission.
What You Need:
- B.S. Degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of medical education, event management, customer service or relevant experience
- Minimum 1 year supervisor experience
- Fluent in local language as well as English
- Experience in a Medical Device/Pharmaceutical company
- Knowledge of MedTech Europe and ARTED Compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Experience in contract management and processing
