What you will do:

You will be a part of the Indirect Procurement function, reporting into the IP Strategy & Programs team supporting the Procurement to Pay (P2P) system, processes, tools, enhancements, expansion and support the IP organization with the execution of analytics and bids within and outside the scope of Coupa.  Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Actively support IP category teams and leaders with Coupa RFx and analytics support to enable functional KPI achievement. Utilize and administer sourcing events using a data-table based sourcing system (Coupa Sourcing Optimization).

  • Develop reports, analyze spend and apply sourcing and indirect procurement (IP) methodologies and tools to drive preferred supplier utilization, procurement policy compliance and catalogue and content strategies within Coupa procurement solution and stakeholder group.

  • Support Coupa procurement and supplier process optimization and continuous improvement.

  • Liaise with stakeholders for IP Coupa operations support for internal, external, and interdepartmental process excellence, customer support, problem solving, supplier management and project management.

  • Provide end user and supplier support and training.

  • Actively liaise and troubleshoot issues with cross functional teams to drive process improvements relative to Coupa, logistics rate data integration, the Stryker buying process and sub processes and IP operations.

  • Manage internal supplier support processes, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and interface failure resolution. Coordinate with suppliers, technical resources, and data experts for resolution to deliver long term solutions and mitigate future risk.

  • Establish subject matter expertise within Coupa, the Sourcing Optimization Module, and related tools and processes.

What you need:

  • Strong knowledge and experience of Transportation field is required

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance/Accounting or related field -highly preferred)

  • 4 years of experience in supply chain, transportation, logistics, indirect or direct purchasing organization, or supporting functions required.

  • 2 years experience in procurement systems and data based sourcing tools (Coupa Sourcing Optimization, JAGGAER, Ariba, SAP, etc).

  • 2 years data analytics, Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • SQL/coding experience, preferred.
