We are delighted to present a new opportunity to join Stryker as a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, based in Amsterdam.

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing, providing data insights and improving the sales process within Stryker. Part of the Business Enablement Solutions Department – COE Analytics team, this is a key sales operations support role to help Stryker deliver its growth strategy in Europe. The Senior Sales Operations Analyst works closely with the sales team to identify areas for improvement, implement new processes and tools and enable standardized sales KPI reporting by geographies, products, customers, and sales reps. The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will also work with other departments, such as marketing, finance, incentive compensation, and operations, to ensure that sales activities are aligned with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for delivering information, KPIs, standardized set of reports for supporting the respective Region commercial senior leadership;

  • Engage in initiatives to drive governance of the European standardized sales dashboards.

  • Manage and maintain accurate information in sales-related systems and tools and sales automation software;

  • Deliver and continuously seek to improve improve monthly tasks: IVR/IC, Invoice exceptions, Accounts allocation etc

  • Analyze Stryker commercial data and interact closely with Commercial Analysts and divisional leaders to disseminate customer insights;

  • Collect, consolidate, analyze and maintain data on account sales potentials;

  • Collaborate with IT to build /test necessary infrastructure as required;

  • Coordinate, validate, reconcile sales data in collaboration with the various business functions (Customer Service, Finance, MdM etc..) when needed, following a framework;

  • Support territory management, end year target setting, commissions and seek ways to continuously improve and automate the processes

  • Create and execute BI tool training programs for sales/marketing users.

  • Participate in cross-functional projects to drive sales performance and growth.

  • Consulting SOA: Provide actionable insights and advice on opportunities using data analytics to improve process efficiency and business profitability.

Your profile

  • Minimum 2 years' of experience in a similar Sales Operations Role.

  • Fluent in English and Italian. Fluent Spanish would be an advantage.

  • Growth mindset, adept at learning continuously.

  • Ability to influence and interact with cross-functional team members.

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow in a rapidly changing environment.

  • Detail-oriented.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex insights to Sales management.

Technical skills

  • Strong Excel, PowerBI and data visualization skills.

  • Good knowledge of the BI solutions including data model and information flow.

  • Ability to comprehensively understand master data, transactional and analytical data, hierarchies, sources and relationships.

  • Knowledge of Power Query, DAX, SQL, or Python.

  • PowerApps knowledge is a plus.
