Senior RAQA Business Systems Analyst - Remote
In this role, you will help transform how our organization uses data, automation, and AI to drive regulatory excellence and operational efficiency. You’ll support critical quality and compliance initiatives while shaping smarter, faster, and more effective processes across our global teams. What You Will Do
- Develop data analytics, automation, and AI/ML solutions that improve efficiency, data quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Build and maintain dashboards, metrics, and reports to measure project outcomes and provide visibility to stakeholders.
- Identify process trade-offs and improvement opportunities using business intelligence tools and structured data analysis.
- Execute computer system validation and verification activities with limited guidance.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, requirements, and deliverables.
- Communicate scope changes, timeline updates, and project status regularly to cross-functional partners.
- Support continuous improvement by implementing solutions that enhance product quality, reduce waste, and optimize processes.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure systems and data support business needs.
What You Will Need
Required
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of experience in a business systems, data analytics, quality, regulatory, or process improvement role.
- Proven experience using business intelligence or analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar).
- Experience with data analysis, process improvement, or system optimization.
- Experience working with system data, reporting tools, or metrics in a regulated or structured environment.
- Experience supporting system validation or verification activities.
Preferred
- Experience working with AI/ML-driven tools or intelligent automation technologies.
- Background in quality, regulatory, or compliance-related environments.
$69,500.00 - $144,200.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
