At Stryker, we’re seeking a Senior Project Manager in R&D who thrives on leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that shape the future of healthcare. You will need to live within commuting distance to Stryker’s Flower Mound, TX office and be onsite 3 days per week.

What You Will Do 

  • Lead the development and execution of project charters, management plans, and detailed Gantt charts 
  • Define and manage project scope, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams 
  • Develop and maintain quality and risk management plans using multiple planning tools and techniques 
  • Assign and manage project resources, clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and deliverables 
  • Create and execute stakeholder and communication management plans 
  • Collaborate on procurement planning and vendor selection 
  • Provide performance feedback to functional managers and support team development 
  • Own project outcomes by evaluating trade-offs, managing critical paths, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals 

What You Will Need 

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field 
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant project management experience 
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex project timelines 
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet) 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent 
  • Previous medical device industry experience
  • Experience with software project management and experience with AI technology
  • Experience collaborating with international partners across the business
  • Experience in regulated or quality-driven environments 

$112,900 - $188,100 USD Annual
