Job description

As a (Sr.) Project Manager, you will be part of our international Advanced Operations PMO team, responsible for developing process strategies for patient-specific products in the Cranio-Maxillo-Facial (CMF) area—from the initial concept to the successful start of production using efficient manufacturing methods. 

What You Will Do: 

  • Lead projects for implementing supply chains and manufacturing strategies for new patient-specific products. 

  • Accountability for all design transfer activities and to deliver the product on time, in scope, in quality and on budget. 

  • Manage project and product costs while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks. 

  • Activate and motivate the project team to drive project success and achieve goals on time. 

  • Collaborate closely with R&D, production, and suppliers to understand end-customer needs and ensure successful project implementation. 

  • Innovate and improve the current project management tools and the PMO governance.

What You Need: 

Required: 

  • Advanced degree in (medical) engineering, computer science, natural sciences, or a related field. 

  • 3+ years of experience in managing projects, process development, or R&D.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, enabling you to interact easily in an innovative, international, and intercultural environment. 

Preferred: 

  • Experience in manufacturing technology, innovative manufacturing processes (such as 3D printing) and a solid understanding of technical drawings. 

  • Experience in regulated environment with proven success in project management.
