Job description
As a (Sr.) Project Manager, you will be part of our international Advanced Operations PMO team, responsible for developing process strategies for patient-specific products in the Cranio-Maxillo-Facial (CMF) area—from the initial concept to the successful start of production using efficient manufacturing methods.
What You Will Do:
Lead projects for implementing supply chains and manufacturing strategies for new patient-specific products.
Accountability for all design transfer activities and to deliver the product on time, in scope, in quality and on budget.
Manage project and product costs while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks.
Activate and motivate the project team to drive project success and achieve goals on time.
Collaborate closely with R&D, production, and suppliers to understand end-customer needs and ensure successful project implementation.
Innovate and improve the current project management tools and the PMO governance.
What You Need:
Required:
Advanced degree in (medical) engineering, computer science, natural sciences, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in managing projects, process development, or R&D.
Excellent communication skills in English, enabling you to interact easily in an innovative, international, and intercultural environment.
Preferred:
Experience in manufacturing technology, innovative manufacturing processes (such as 3D printing) and a solid understanding of technical drawings.
Experience in regulated environment with proven success in project management.
