Job description

Stryker is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and drive project execution within the Finished Goods Operations Integrations team. This individual will lead the planning, budgeting, and scheduling of projects while collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project completion. What you will do:

  • Project Leadership: Develop project charters, management plans, and detailed Work Breakdown Structures to ensure efficient project execution
  • Budget & Cost Control: Collaborate with functional managers to define project budgets and ensure cost management within established constraints
  • Quality & Risk Management: Develop quality plans, identify project risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
  • Procurement & Vendor Management: Define procurement needs, collaborate on vendor selection, and oversee procurement management planning
  • Scheduling & Execution: Own and manage project schedules, including Gantt chart development, milestone tracking, and critical path analysis
  • Resource Allocation & Team Management: Assign roles and responsibilities, provide performance feedback, and maintain team morale
  • Stakeholder Communication: Develop and execute communication plans to ensure transparency and alignment across all stakeholders
  • Process Improvement & Adaptability: Incorporate feedback, refine project scope, and align objectives with broader organizational goals

What you need:

  • Fluent English
  • Diploma in PMP or equivalent or experience in similar role
  • 6 years + experience in a similar Project Management role in a Regulated Industry, advantageous
  • High level of PC skills required, proficiency with Microsoft (Project, One Note etc.)
  • Understanding of the following standards ISO 13485 and ISO 9000  and CFR Part 820 Quality System Regulations
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to meet deadlines efficiently
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
