Job description
At Stryker, this role offers the opportunity to own and shape the future of the Upper Extremities portfolio in France. As a senior commercial leader, you will translate global strategy into local impact, working at the intersection of marketing, sales, and innovation. If you are motivated by growth, ownership, and real business influence, this role puts you at the center of it.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute a local marketing strategy aligned with global direction to drive market penetration, product positioning, and revenue growth
Define, track, and optimize key performance indicators for marketing initiatives to improve business outcomes
Build and deliver an Annual Marketing Plan aligned with global priorities, including new product launches and commercialization plans
Gather and analyze market data, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to adjust strategy and inform decision‑making
Monitor portfolio performance using sales, market share, and profitability metrics, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Partner with sales teams through regular field presence to identify opportunities and inform product and strategy decisions
Lead local medical education initiatives and adapt global materials to meet local market and regulatory requirements
Enable commercial success by delivering product training, supporting tenders, and collaborating with supply chain to ensure product availability
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the medical device industry
Minimum 2 years of experience in product management or marketing roles
Fluency in French and English
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree or MBA
Experience in orthopaedics, trauma, sports medicine, or upper extremities portfolios
Additional Information
Work arrangement: Remote / Hybrid, with regular national travel
Travel: Frequent travel to customer sites, internal meetings, and industry events
Driver’s license: Valid driver’s license required
