- Gain exposure to regional leadership and strategic visibility, working across diverse healthcare systems and market maturities.
- Grow your leadership capability with a clear pathway to people leadership, including the opportunity to build and lead a direct report as the portfolio expands.
- Develop deep expertise in portfolio strategy, launches, pricing, and lifecycle management within a global medical technology leader.
- Be supported by industry‑leading benefits, including paid parental leave, flexible working arrangements, and programs designed to support your wellbeing and career growth.
- Join a culture that values ownership, collaboration, and purpose — where your work helps make healthcare better when it matters most.
What You Will Do

- Identify unmet and emerging customer needs through research and market analysis, translating insights into product and program improvements.
- Apply segmentation and targeting methodologies to improve commercial efficiency and optimize resource allocation.
- Design pricing approaches aligned with marketing strategy, brand positioning, and financial objectives.
- Forecast resource and budget requirements, ensuring alignment with planned initiatives and delivery timelines.
- Establish clear performance metrics, milestones, and success criteria; track progress and drive corrective actions where required.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to advance shared objectives, coordinate initiatives, and deliver integrated outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry and market stakeholders to inform strategy and enhance market presence.
