Job description
As the Senior ProCare Support Specialist you will support Stryker ProCare processes, policies, initiatives and projects related to but not limited to fleet vehicle processes, policies, and document management, telematics systems, fleet policy education, training, compliance, and internal department and vendor relationships.
This is a Hybrid role requiring work onsite M/T/W in Portage, MI office.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain all applicable ProCare fleet management processes and policies, ensuring alignment with ProCare leadership, HR, and any other affected departments.
- Develop improvements and cost saving initiatives for all applicable fleet management processes and any contracts with applicable vendors.
- Partner with ProCare operations management and all other applicable departments or teams to maintain and update vehicle policies ensuring compliance.
- Partner with our fleet vendor to develop a forward-thinking strategy for fleet vehicle allocation and delivery that provides timely vehicle delivery for planned new hires, unplanned new hires, and replacement of in-service vehicles.
- Collaborate with finance and other departments to develop and maintain a vehicle maintenance and replacement strategy that aligns with our organization’s financial goals, while identifying areas for improvement that result in a favorable financial impact.
- Provide accident management/coordination with internal departments, vendors, and third-party claims company to ensure accidents are properly reported to reduce risk and recover monies owed.
- Coordinate with ProCare operations and field service management and our vendors and is responsible for maintaining and improving the Telematics program, identifying and defining high risk drivers, and developing process improvements.
- Lead and continually improve all applicable processes, communication, and training for ProCare new hire onboarding.
- Support the entire ProCare team with a high level of service, leveraging their strengths, informal leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to process improvement or problem solving.
What you need
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience (6 years of experience in a related role).
Preferred:
- 2+ years fleet management experience or related experience.
- Experience in Concur and travel coordination.
- Vendor relationship management experience.
- Experience collaborating on projects cross functionally.
