Job description
We are delighted to present a new opportunity to join Stryker as a Senior Operative based in Malmo.
The Senior Operative ensures that the Stryker products are received, stored and shipped in a professional and timely fashion with the right quality. The Senior Operative continually improves this job`s activities to meet the customers’ expectations and needs.
Job Dimensions
- Customer Service Level (Delivery on time)
- Deliver the right items and amounts to the right address
- Cycle count every item minimum once every 12 months
- Stock Accuracy on lot level
- Acting on customer complaints in order to improve the root cause of the issue
Key Activities & Responsibilities
Inbound
- Receipt and entry of Stock Items into ERP system.
- Resolve and log discrepancies in deliveries from Suppliers.
- Preform putaway to stock.
Outbound
- Preparation and dispatch of customer orders.
Shipping Department
- Administration of necessary transportation documents.
- Transport booking of nonstandard orders.
Return Department
- Receipt of returned items.
- Quality check incomings returns.
- Process incoming returns to stock.
- Update and maintain return data.
Other activities
- Follow the current standard by following the SOP’s and work instructions.
- Continuously improving current standard.
- Actively participate in 5S activities and maintain 5S Standards.
- Actively participate in the cell status board meeting.
- Forwarding item and related documents for product complaints and recalls to the manufacturer.
- Entering non-conforming items to quarantine.
- Expiry date checks.
- Investigate customer complaints.
- Act to appropriately solve upcoming daily issues. Protect our customers.
- Ensure lot traceability on all inventory transactions.
- Perform cycle counting according to agreed procedure
- To act according to company policies and compliance rules to withhold Company Image.
- Actively rotated between workstations to prevent work injuries.
- Keeping the warehouse clean.
- Removing non-conforming product from stock
- Act to resolve daily issues
- Performing stock transfers & transactions
- Opening and closing product complaints and customer complaints
Your profile
Education
- Swedish and English both oral and written.
- High school or similar.
- Forklift truck training is a plus.
- Adequate IT-knowledge (E.g. Microsoft Office, ERP knowledge) is a plus.
- Dangerous goods training is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of similar job experience.
- Lean and Six Sigma experience is a plus.
