First Shift, Monday - Friday, 6:30 am - 3:00 pm
Overtime based on business needs
What You Will Do:
As a Senior Medical Device Driver, you will be responsible for managing inventories by tracking inventory records reflecting product movement, notifying departments when supplies of specific items are low, or when orders would deplete available supplies. You will also set up and organize the warehouse for incoming and outgoing surgery shipments, and often deliver product to and pick-up product from hospitals. Additional responsibilities will include:
Inspecting products or materials for damage, defects, or shortages of, movement of, and expired products using computer system.
Checking inventory records to determine availability of requested products.
Compiling and inspecting incoming/outgoing kits for compliance with specifications and usage.
Cleaning and maintaining supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Conferring with distribution, sales, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace deliveries.
Working with internal resources for alternative product obtainment (e.g. loaner bank, other warehouses, consignments).
Organizing, retrieving, or placing goods from/into stock received via multiple sources, as well as cycle count activities.
What You Need:
Required:
High School diploma or equivalent
2+ years of work experience
Valid Driver’s license with good driving record
Preferred:
Associate’s degree
Warehouse/Inventory Control experience
