Job description
As a Senior Marketing Associate on Stryker's Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) team, you will partner with sales and surgeons while supporting the growth of one of the fastest growing divisions in Stryker Canada.

What you will do
- Execute strategic initiatives that have been developed in collaboration with the sales leadership teams including new product launches, marketing promotions, medical education programs or other initiatives
- Work with Sales leadership and local reps to evaluate local trends in assigned segments to determine segment penetration opportunities and strategies for accelerated growth and priority of CMF products
- Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL’s) in Max Face and Neuro
- Present and demonstrate the CMF portfolio products to different customers as appropriate to their needs
- Create and evaluate marketing plans and programs to ensure focus and direction are delivering results in line with Sales growth commitments
- Provide Market insight to internal stakeholders, global marketing contacts senior leadership to increase operational efficiencies and enhanced understanding of the Canadian CMF marketplace
- Serve as lead product marketing professional within designated area
- Represent business unit at National and regional meetings with customers
- Develop new strategies, sales tools, and communication plans of various products and customer bases.
- Provide product expertise in the OR to sales and surgical teams
- Create additional sales training tools and resources to assist in continued understanding of business unit product offering
- Develop pricing approach /level consistent with the Marketing Strategy and brand positioning.
What you need
- University Degree required (Sciences/Kinesiology and/or Business or Marketing and/or Engineering is preferred)
- 2 years of experience required
- Previous experience in marketing and/or sales of medical devices preferred
- Previous experience in operating room or hospital preferred
- Experience in Oral Facial and/or Neurosurgery preferred
- Bilingualism (French/English) an asset
